Vocational Education and Training: Developing basic skills in Vocational Education and Training
This grant supports transnational projects to test and pilot promising and innovative practices aimed at improving basic skills in vocational education and training (VET). Projects are expected to implement, evaluate, and scale activities that enhance the acquisition of one or more of the five basic skills in both school-based and work-based VET environments (including apprenticeships at EQF levels 3 and 4). The focus is on diverse learners and learning environments, in line with the VET Recommendation, Herning Declaration, and Basic Skills Action Plan. Cooperation with local, regional, or national authorities is encouraged to ensure systemic impact.
