Capacity building in VET in Western Balkans

This grant supports capacity building in the field of Vocational Education and Training (VET) through international cooperation projects based on multilateral partnerships. It aims to increase the capacity and quality of VET providers in third countries not associated to the Programme (notably the Western Balkans), fostering cooperation with private sector stakeholders, enhancing management, governance, inclusion, quality assurance, and innovation. The action seeks to improve the labour market relevance of skills, align VET provision to socio-economic opportunities and development strategies, and contribute to broader EU policy objectives such as the Global Gateway investment packages and Talent partnerships.

Grant application conditions

Admissibility Conditions	Application must follow the Erasmus+ Programme guide 2026; Part B Technical Description is limited to 40 pages.

Coordinator restriction	An organisation cannot be the coordinator of more than two proposals submitted under this action.
Financial and operational capacity	Applicant organisations must demonstrate adequate financial and operational capacity as described in the Erasmus+ Programme Guide 2026.
Legal and financial set-up	As specified in the applicable Model Grant Agreements and EU Financial Regulations.
