Optimized physical layer solutions and methods for an efficient, affordable, and accessible use of frequency spectrum, able to meet 6G technical KPIs and KVIs. Development of algorithms for massive MIMO systems for increased channel capacity and coverage improvements under difficult propagation conditions. Contributions to international standardisation and sustainability are emphasized, with a focus on modular, flexible designs for 6G performance requirements.

Grant application conditions

Eligible Countries	Legal entities established in EU Member States, Associated Countries, OECD, and Mercosur countries. Restrictions apply to entities controlled by non-eligible countries or high-risk suppliers.
Gender Equality	Provision of a gender equality plan for public bodies, research organizations, or higher education establishments is required.
High-Risk Entities	Entities assessed as high-risk suppliers of mobile network communication equipment, or entities they own or control, are not eligible.
Exclusions for Russia, Belarus, and Non-Government-Controlled Territories of Ukraine	Entities established in these regions are not eligible to participate in any capacity.
Collaboration Agreement	Participants must sign a collaboration agreement as part of the grant conditions.
Open Science Provisions	AI/ML training datasets created in the context of the project must be made available through a common repository for use by other SNS projects.
