Grant application conditions

Consortium Requirements	Consortia of two entities must include independent legal entities from two different Member States or Associated Countries. Consortia of three or more entities must include at least three independent legal entities, each established in a different country, with at least one in a Member State.
Single Beneficiary Projects	Mid-caps and larger companies are not permitted.
Eligible Applicants	Universities, research organizations, SMEs, start-ups, and natural persons.
Exclusion Criteria	Applications involving the evolution of European communication networks (5G, post-5G, etc.) are subject to restrictions.
Proposal Requirements	Sections 1 to 3 of the proposal must not exceed 30 pages in A4 format.
