Grant application conditions

Admissibility conditions
  • Described in Annex A and Annex E of the Horizon Europe Work Programme General Annexes.
Eligibility conditions
  • Activities carried out in non-associated third countries are not eligible for funding.
Financial and operational capacity
  • Described in Annex C of the Work Programme General Annexes.
Geographic coverage
  • Grants will be awarded to ensure the widest geographical coverage, with events held in as many eligible countries as possible.
Specific conditions
  • Proposals must promote gender balance, diversity, and inclusiveness in science activities.
