Transport and accommodation costs for persons involved in organizing the conference arriving from abroad.

Expected impact on the increase in the number of higher-paying foreign visitors coming to Estonia.

Quality and scope of conference organization and marketing.

Applicant's ability to implement the project.

The application is completed and submitted in the e-support environment for structural funds: https://etoetus.rtk.ee/

The application must include: a budget form with the total budget of the conference, schedule, and risk analysis; cost estimates underlying the budget; a marketing and media plan form; the conference program; a description of the skills and experience of the applicant's project team members related to organizing and marketing the conference.

Support can be applied for a conference that is a scientific, professional, or hobby-related international gathering with presentations and discussions, or an international meeting of representatives of countries, organizations, or agencies to discuss sectoral topics and resolve issues.

Training, study trips, competitions, fairs, work meetings, information days, and exhibitions are not considered conferences.

The conference program must last at least two consecutive days and include substantial conference content on at least two days.

At least 200 foreign participants must attend a conference held in Tallinn, and at least 100 in other parts of Estonia.

Sustainability, accessibility, gender equality, and equal treatment principles are followed in the organization.

Marketing activities are carried out for the conference in at least two foreign markets, and information about Estonia's tourism opportunities is provided.

The conference's marketing channels (conference website, Facebook page, etc.) and the venue refer to the website introducing Estonia, visitestonia.com.

The support application must be submitted at least 4 months before the conference takes place.

The earliest start date for project activities can be the date of application submission, and activities must be carried out within 24 months, but no later than October 31, 2029.
