Heterogeneous Integration for High-Performance Automotive Computing
Proposals are expected to develop and implement architectural and design specifications for an automotive chiplet-based computing platform, adapt relevant intellectual property (IP) for seamless chiplet integration, develop an automotive base die for in-package computing, and integrate the system with automotive requirements. Collaboration with the Chips for Europe Initiative pilot lines and complementarity with the RISC-V Automotive Hardware Platform topic are encouraged.
