Justification and impact of activities on resilience

Applicant's capacity to implement the project

Availability of co-financing

Support is not provided to apartment associations undergoing liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings

Activities carried out before the grant approval decision are not supported

Support is not provided for the same activities that have been funded in previous application rounds

A final report on the use of the grant must be submitted no later than 15.12.2025

The final report must also include cost documents and, if necessary, photos of the completed activities

Applications are submitted through the e-support environment

RTK evaluates applications and makes funding decisions

The grant is paid out after the activities are completed and costs are verified

Decision of the apartment association's general meeting to apply for the grant

Crisis preparedness plan or a plan for its preparation

Proof of no tax arrears or an extract from the KMD tax declaration
