Support for opening foreign markets for fishery and aquaculture products for the period 2021–2027

Direct eligible costs:

• Costs of ordering work or services

• Labor costs of an official implementing the supported activity

• Travel-related costs

• Costs of participating in training

• Costs of marking the supported object and referencing the participation of the European Union

Indirect eligible costs:

• Communication costs, including internet, telephone, and postal costs

• Costs of purchasing, maintaining, and repairing office equipment, supplies, and furniture

• Costs of purchasing and maintaining software and hardware

• Transportation costs, including vehicle leasing, insurance, fuel, and maintenance costs

• Personnel costs related to administration indirectly associated with the implementation of the supported activity (e.g., accounting, secretarial and HR work, property management, legal advice, public procurement, IT support)

• Utility costs, including heating, water, electricity, and cleaning and security services for premises

• Costs of renting or leasing workspaces

Payment applications are submitted after the end of each quarter by the 15th day of the following month via e-PRIA.

The payment application must include: cost documents, acceptance certificates, work contracts, job descriptions, payroll, proof of payment and travel, and materials confirming participation in training.

The payment application for the last quarter of the year must include an annual report containing information on activities and participants, dissemination activities, market access results, and significant changes.

The final payment application must include the European Union performance indicator (number of beneficiaries) and the national performance indicator (information on the product CN code and the foreign market country).

The processing deadline for applications is 30 working days from the date of submission
