This grant aims to support the development of social economy and social finance in Europe by building institutional capacity, delivering support to social economy actors, and supporting the development of social finance. Beneficiaries are expected to contribute to EU outreach activities, policy design, and provide expertise and data about the field.

Grant application conditions

Admissibility Conditions	Applications must be submitted electronically via the Funding & Tenders Portal before the deadline, using the provided forms. Paper submissions are not allowed. Applications must include: Application Form (Part A), Application Form (Part B), and annexes/supporting documents (PDF format).
Eligible Countries	EU Member States (and their overseas countries and territories), EEA countries, EU acceding countries, candidate countries, potential candidate countries, and third countries with agreements to participate in the strand.
Financial and Operational Capacity	Applicants must demonstrate financial and operational capacity as described in the Call document.
Declaration of Honour	At proposal submission, the lead applicant must confirm it has the mandate to act for all applicants and that the information is correct and complete. Before signing the grant, all beneficiaries must confirm compliance by signing a declaration of honour.
Page Limit	Applications must not exceed 40 pages and must be readable, accessible, and printable.
