Projects must report key data on applications, evaluations, start-ups funded, demographics of end-beneficiaries, etc.

Projects must publish the outcome of calls, including details of third-party projects, award dates, and legal names of third parties.

At least two calls for proposals per calendar year with multiple cut-off dates encouraged.

Calls must remain open for at least two months and adhere to EU standards of transparency, equal treatment, conflict of interest, and confidentiality.

Proposals must describe objectives, expected results, and adherence to EU standards.

Applications must include details on the promotion and communication strategy, branding as an EIC initiative, and outreach efforts.
