Several grants aimed at the development of agriculture and aquaculture will be launched at the end of the year. During December 2025, companies involved in aquaculture, agricultural producers, as well as those who manage or use land improvement systems and private roads can apply for support.
Support rounds opening in December 2025:
Aquaculture investment support – improving logistics and supply chain Applications accepted: 03.–10.12.2025 The support is aimed at aquaculture companies that want to improve their logistics solutions or streamline their supply chain.
Aquaculture investment support – resource efficiency Applications accepted: 03.–10.12.2025 Investments that help reduce resource use in aquaculture, such as saving water or energy, will be supported.
Agricultural Insurance Support Applications accepted: 03.12.2025 – 31.12.2026 A long-term round aimed at helping farmers mitigate risks arising from the weather or markets through insurance.
Investment support for the modernization of the land improvement system, the construction of an environmental protection facility and the development of a private road Application round for the development of a private road Applications accepted: 10.–17.12.2025 Investments that improve access to and logistics of agricultural land will be supported.
Application round for the modernization of the land improvement system and the construction of an environmental protection facility Applications accepted: 10.–17.12.2025 The support is intended primarily for the renewal of facilities necessary for land maintenance and environmental protection.
Farmer Replacement Support Applications accepted: 20.12.2025 – 15.01.2026 The support helps in a situation where a farmer needs temporary replacement, for example due to illness or vacation.
These supports are part of a broader package of measures aimed at supporting the sustainability of Estonian agriculture, production efficiency and improving the living environment in rural areas.
