Preparation of a digitalization roadmap for small and medium-sized enterprises – 50% using group exemption article 18.

Preparation of a digitalization roadmap for small, medium-sized, and large enterprises – 50% using de minimis aid.

Preparation of a digitalization roadmap for small, medium-sized, and large enterprises – 70% using de minimis aid – if the company's registration address is outside Harju County and the city of Tartu.

Grant application conditions

Applicant Type
  • Estonian companies whose field of activity is not excluded from the target group of support recipients
Average Revenue
  • The average revenue from the main activity for the previous two financial years is at least 200,000 euros
De Minimis Aid Limit
  • De minimis aid (VTA) does not exceed 300,000 euros

  • Companies that have not previously received digital diagnostics support and are not in difficulty
